Parties are especially wonderful for children!
Everyday my children fill my life with joy.
They make me smile, hug me tight, and after God they own my heart. Giving my kids birthday parties is an opportunity for me to give them the joy they give me every single day.
A birthday does not need to be grandiose.

Every year, I tell my kids the best thing they can give me for my birthday is a hug and I mean that. I don't receive gifts, and am perfectly happy.
There is nothing more precious you can give someone on their birthday then the gift of your time, even if it's a phone call, but a hug is even better.
